The founder’s journey was shaped through resilience, discipline, and responsibility from an early stage of life. Overcoming personal challenges, including serious health battles, while carrying the responsibilities of family and fatherhood, built a mindset focused on persistence, accountability, and delivering results under pressure.
Starting with crew movement support across Western Australia, the business worked directly with vessels, agents, and port operations. Through this hands-on exposure, a critical gap was identified — vessel support services required more than transport. They required coordination, reliability, and a partner who understands the urgency of maritime operations.
What began as crew transfer support evolved into a broader operational service — expanding into logistics coordination, urgent deliveries, and ultimately ship candling and marine support.
Every step of this growth has been driven by one principle:

White Kangaroo Services has evolved through direct industry experience, operational demand, and consistent performance in the maritime sector.
2017
Entry into the maritime industry through cargo sampling and laboratory operations, building foundational knowledge of vessel operations and cargo handling.
2018 – 2019

Progression into port operations, gaining hands-on experience in vessel
coordination, inspections, and operational workflows.

2019 – 2021
Expansion into crew logistics, supporting vessel crew movements, airport transfers, and accommodation coordination across Western Australia.
2020 – 2021 (COVID Period)
Maintained uninterrupted operations and successfully completed hundreds of crew transfers, demonstrating resilience, adaptability, and operational reliability under pressure.
